The charging problem of new energy vehicles has attracted much attention

Charging mode of new energy vehicles
There are generally three charging modes for new energy vehicles:
1) Conventional charging mode: the power battery is charged with (380V/220V) AC by means of fixed charging post or on-board portable charger.
2) Fast charging mode: use the fast charging function of the fixed charging post to charge the battery in the form of high voltage and high current pulsed DC. The fast charging function can charge the battery to about 80% in a short time. Fast charging is an emergency mode, which is bad for the service life of the power battery. It is recommended to use as little as possible.
3) Mechanical power change mode: replace the battery pack with a fully charged battery pack to fully charge the battery pack in a short time, but this mode is limited by the battery specification, brand, model and other factors.

Charging connection of new energy vehicles
When using the charging post for charging, due to the large energy during charging, the plug (charging gun) must be firmly connected and the latch must be locked, otherwise the socket may be burned due to the loose connector. In addition, when the vehicle charger is used for charging, the cross-sectional area of the power line shall be more than 2.5 mm2, and the socket connected to the power supply shall be 220V/16A. More importantly, at the beginning of charging, the charging line should be connected first, and then the power supply should be turned on for power transmission. After charging, the power supply should be turned off before pulling out the charging gun. Guangxi TESTU Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. ensures safe operation.

Precautions for charging new energy vehicles
The charging voltage of new energy vehicles is high and the current is large, so the safety of electricity use is particularly important. Therefore, the switch on the vehicle should be turned off when charging. Pay attention not to charge in the direct sunlight in summer or the high temperature environment after a long time of driving, and try to avoid charging in the open, wet, rain and other weather without shelter. Keep away from flammable and explosive materials and equipment with electromagnetic influence during charging, operate in a standardized manner and pay attention to safety.
