After the power supply is disconnected, use a multimeter to measure the high-voltage circuit of the whole vehicle, and then start the maintenance after ensuring that there is no power.
4. For vehicles with serious accidents or abnormal vehicles (such as burnt smell, smoke, water intrusion, etc.), there should be a dedicated site (or station) for 48 hours of observation, and there should be explosion-proof and fireproof facilities.
5. When unplugging and measuring high-voltage connectors, try to unplug and measure them with one hand to prevent electric shock when the current passes through the heart and both hands touch the power supply at the same time.
6. When the power battery pack is repaired or the battery cell is replaced, the corresponding shielding and warning work should be done well and the construction content and work process should be shown. When leaving the construction site, the insulation barrier or insulation cover should be set on the exposed part of the power battery pack and the reason for leaving should be written.
