PREFACE

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and the Regulations on the Election of Grass roots Organizations of the Communist Party of China, on October 14, 2022, the branch committee of Guangxi TESTU Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China held a general election meeting for the branch. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Huang Han, and all Party members of the branch participated in the meeting.

Before the meeting, the branch made careful preparations and organized meticulously. It completed the drafting of the work report of the branch committee, deliberated on the determination of candidates, and formulated the election method for the meeting, which laid a solid foundation for the success of the general election.

Listen to and review the work report of the last branch committee

Comrade Wei Youxi made a work report on behalf of the last branch committee, which comprehensively reviewed and summarized the main work of the party branch in the past three years. As a four-star party branch of the two new party organizations in Liuzhou, the branch conscientiously implements the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, unswervingly strengthens the political construction of the party, further improves the political position, firmly establishes the "Four Consciousness", firmly establishes the "Four Confidence", firmly achieves the "Two Safeguards", further strengthens the study of political theory, and solidly carries out the "Do not forget the original intention, remember the mission" Thematic education and party history learning and education work, strictly implement the "three meetings and one lesson" system, and carry out rich forms of party building activities in combination with the theme party day interaction. Election of a new branch committee

Comrade Huang Han read out the reply of the CPC Liuzhou Yanghe Industrial New Area Working Committee to our branch to hold a party meeting for general election.

At the meeting, in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and the Regulations on the Election of Grass roots Organizations of the Communist Party of China, the Measures for the Election of Branch Party Members' Congresses (Draft), the list of scrutineers and the list of vote counters were adopted by voting. At the same time, the scrutineers check the ballot box and report to the General Assembly the number of people who should be present and the number of people who actually arrived, and the vote counter issues ballots and counts the number of valid ballots. A new Party branch committee was elected by secret ballot and competitive election. Comrade Wei Youxi was elected secretary of the new Party branch committee.

The general election was successfully completed. The organizational construction of the Party branch was further consolidated and strengthened, and the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party branch were improved. The Party branch of our company will continue to adhere to the leadership of Party building, strengthen its mission, continue to carry forward the spirit of being especially able to bear hardships, fight and contribute, and meet the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party with more high morale, more solid measures and more pragmatic style.
